Jack's funeral took place in St Andrews Church on Wednesday 6 April 2016 at 1400, where he married his wife Gwen over 50 years ago. The funeral was attended by his wife, three daughters and various grandchildren and many other relatives and friends and included Viviene Forster, National Chairman of the Merchant Navy Association.Twelve Standards were paraded and there was a good turn out of RFA Association colleagues, including the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer of the Plymouth and District Branch, among others.
